Return of goods
The ICPARTS company provides for the return of goods within 14 days from the date of shipment from the company's warehouse.
1. If you need to return, you need to contact the ICPARTS company manager or send a request to the e-mail address sale@icparts.biz.ua indicating the name of the goods, warranty card number, date of purchase, serial number and reason for return.
2. Return of goods is possible under the following conditions:
14 days have not passed since the moment of shipment of the goods from our warehouse (14 days are counted from the moment of sending the order from the warehouse to the moment of return of the goods to the ICPARTS service center, i.e. physical arrival at the ICPARTS service center);
the goods have NOT been used and are in their original condition;
the completeness of the goods corresponds to the completeness at the time of shipment (presence of protective films, original packaging, stickers, etc.);
the matrices must be with a protective film and without traces of installation;
batteries are accepted only in their original packaging;
return of chips with opened packaging is NOT PERFORMED.
3. Goods brought "to order", as well as goods that do not have a warranty, are not subject to return. In the event of a pre-sale defect of goods brought to order, the client is ordered a replacement. There is no refund in this situation.
4. Goods with a Markdown are not subject to return. The reason for the Markdown can be found out from the manager before sending the order.
5. PLEASE NOTE: the 14-day return conditions do not apply to the product groups "Batteries for UPS", "Memory", "SSD and HDD drives", "Cables and adapters", "DC power cables", "Laptop processors", "Power connectors", "USB connectors", "Consumables", "Network power cables", "Thermal pads", "Stencils". Goods from these groups are not returned!
6. Returned goods are shipped ONLY through the logistics company "Nova Poshta".
7. Delivery of goods to ICPARTS is always at the expense of the client.
8. The shipment must be made ONLY using the data sent by the store manager in the message.
9. After receiving the parcel, the goods are tested in the service center, since the goods were out of stock.
10. Testing in the service center is carried out in a queue and may take 3-7 business days.
11. After the conclusion of the service center on the operability, on the correspondence of the serial number of the returned goods, a refund or exchange of the goods for any other is possible.
12. Refunds are made by filling out a proforma for refunds in accordance with the Law of Ukraine. The application form is sent by the store manager after there is already a conclusion from the service center.
13. Clients who cooperate with ICPARTS through the affiliate system are compensated by crediting funds to their personal balance.
