Skyworks SE2593A20 2593A20 LGA30 amplifier-RF radio amplifier chip Skyworks (SiGe Semiconductor) SE2593A20 2593A20 in LGA30 package is used to amplify high-frequency signals in civil data transmission devices, it is also an analog replacement for SKYWORKS SE2593A20-R.

The SE2593A20 is a complete 802.11n RF wireless LAN. Features a dual-band 802.11n wireless LAN interface, interface module providing all functionality, power amplifiers, LNA, power detector, T/R switch, diplexers and associated mappings. The SE2593A20 provides a full 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WLAN, multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO) RF solution from transceiver output to antennas in a compact form factor. Manufacturer: Skyworks
The housing is designed to maximize performance by providing a low-noise amplifier, as well as a bypass state for use when the received signal power is high.
Designed for ease of use, all RF ports comply with 50 ohms to simplify PCB layout and interface with the RFIC transceiver. The SE2593A20 also includes a transmit power detector for each band with 20 dB of dynamic range. Power rise/fall time is less than 0.5 µs. The device also features a and b/g band bandpass filters before each 2.4 GHz band input and 5 GHz power amplifiers respectively.
